Options, options, options!
You have four ways to get your bib.
1. By designating a pre-race weekend pickup location (free) on the registration form when you sign up. Pickup days at running stores are Friday, November 23 – Tuesday, November 27.
2. By selecting the mailing option ($10 postage and handling charge) on the registration form when you sign up. Bibs will be mailed the week of November 12.
3. If no alternative location or USPS is selected, packet pickup will be held Friday, November 30 at the Annapolis Athletic Club (AAC) from 12:00pm to 9:00pm.
4. We will offer race-day pickup this year starting at 5:30am, but expect lines. We HIGHLY recommend the alternative pickup or mailing options if you can't pick up on Friday.
If you need to have someone else pick up your packet, they must have this completed
TCS Annapolis Half Marathon Authorization Form in order to do so.
All registrations that occur after November 4, 2012 will not be able to select an alternative pickup. After that date, only Friday or race day pickup will be available.
Please note: premiums will not be distributed to alternative pickup locations or mailed this year. Premiums can be picked up pre-race on Friday at AAC or after the race only.
Pre-Race Weekend Pickup
You MUST designate your selected alternative while registering. There is no charge for pickup at any of these sites.
Pickup days at running stores are Friday, November 23 – Tuesday, November 27. Pickup at Annapolis Athletic Club is ONLY on Friday, November 30. All bibs will be collected from the stores on Wednesday, November 28 and will no longer be available at those location. If you miss the pickup dates at your selected location, your bib will be available at Annapolis Athletic Club on Friday, November 30 or on race day.
Anybody who does not choose an alternate location will be required to pick up their packet on Friday, November 30 at Annapolis Athletic Club or on race day from 5:30 am to 6:45 am. There will also be race day pickup starting at 5:30am, but expect lines.
If you need to have someone else pick up your packet, they must have this completed TCS Annapolis Half Marathon Authorization Form in order to do so.

Mailing Option
The other option being offered to out-of-town runners is to have their bib mailed to their registration address for a fee of $10 to cover handling and shipping via USPS. Please ensure that the address used is where you want your packet shipped (home, office, etc.), and include all information such as apartment number . The $10 fee will be added at registration. All premiums will be distributed after the race and will not be mailed.
